About 14C 14C Corporation takes a different approach. Their products are built for the men and women running the equipment, as well as the management personnel who oversee operations. The tools they provide help the entire team meet and exceed BOEM, BSEE, EPA, and USCG regulations in an efficient manner. Art Walters founded 14C in 1995 as a full service regulatory support company, overseeing 17 platforms at startup. Through an awareness of technology they had the foresight to develop their first of many automation software packages, SEMP-LY Compliance. In 2003 they made the jump to the Internet, a step that would revolutionize the industry. They launched their first web-based system, the ELibrary & E-Inspection, to an eager group of operators, management, and government agencies. This positioned them as a superior provider of web based services. Next came Pollution Tracking, BSEE Inspection (INC) Tracking, and NPDES in 2005. In 2007, 14C introduced the EPA New Permit modifications to NPDES and DMR applications. The next year, 14C Corporation was selected by the EPA as part of a collaborative testing team for the NetDMR electronic submissions system. Their NPDES was now NetDMR ready. 2009 saw the creation of Casing Management System, followed in 2010 by WebSAT (Submittal Application Tracking) and Field Inspections. 14C Corporation's latest service to reach consumers was the release of Flare, Vent, and Usage, as well as Crane Pre-Use. While the product has changed over time, their mission has not. In everything they do, their objective is to develop and implement fast, effective, and accurate applications to establish a safe working environment for all offshore workers. Their goal is to provide unparalleled service to all customers through constantly evolving technology. The company is a United States Department of Defense approved vendor. 14C is a member of the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Energy Commission, LOGA, and other community organizations. They proudly support ULL, LSU along with local high school organizations and charities. |
